We are delighted to share that our mother company, AGR, has entered into an agreement to join the global independent energy and marine consultants ABL Group!

ABL Group is to acquire 100% of AGR shares which will consolidate the well and reservoir consultancy services of the two companies; bring global scale to our software solutions and energy transition technologies.

Bringing AGR Software into ABL Group’s global network across oil and gas, maritime, renewables and energy transition services, allows us to provide iQx users with an even more comprehensive product and digitisation offering.
